i have more weight on me than i want (alot) and my gym membership just expired so whats the best fat burning pill out that actually works? and i need a diet any ideas? one that actually works lol
Sorry dude. Whilst they may ‘assist’ the process, the only proven method of permanent Weight Loss is proper exercise and a healthy diet. If you are really intent on getting a diet pill, I suggest going to a body building forum/site as the people who frequent them are hardcore gym goers and they will only advocate a product if they feel it is of use.
